cancel number

i notice i have 2 numbers on my account, i was informed by virgin that when i change my number over that my old O2 number would be cancelled but i still see it on my account ?

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 using the links below, they should be able to help you with this
