Solved: cancel my o2

I have been in intensive care since January 1st in Glasgow QEUH then to Aberdeen ARI then repatriated back to glasgow. I have never been able to make use of my )" sim and looking to have it cancelled however chat never works. I have been on ECMO support for my lungs. at present I am unable to use my mobile and my mother is caring for me. I have tried several times to get on to chat with an advisor
