I have cancelled my airtime contract last Friday, but I did not received any confirmation since then - could you tell me when I will receive any confirmation?

You can't just cancel the air time. The device needs to be paid off in full first.

I rung once again customer service as live chat was not really helpfull, and this time they sent confirmation on my email
