Help!! I've had this pay-monthly phone contract for years but never use the phone....

I cannot see how to cancel the contract.

 

Any help would be fantastic.

Make sure you keep an eye on your MyO2 to ensure the contract gets cancelled correctly too. They have been known to "forget" occasionally http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2
