cancel contract order

hey everyone, I ordered the wrong phone as a contract I couldn't cancel yet because it's late so I ordered the right phone and contract so I'm asking if I can cancel the first one I ordered when it's delivered do I send it back and that's it? what's the process? they're both due to come tomorrow I can't get through to 02 right now but will it be okay to just cancel one order?

Hi @Anonymous Yes you can cancel your contract any time within the 14 day cooling off period. Just return the phone in it's orginal packaging. If you want to ring O2 to inform them of this best time to call is 8 8-30 am in the morning http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus

Take delivery of both phones if they arrive then return the one you don't want.
You will get return details with your order when delivered.
Make sure you send it back to o2 by recorded delivery so you can track it and call CS once o2 have it to ensure they book it back in.
It can take a week for them to process returns though so don't expect it to be instant.
