Find it most frustrating that i have an issue with O2 which i want to complain about and resolve, yet as a payg customer, your website suggests I ring you and keeps charging me when i do.... then they say they can't help.
the how do i complain link also refers to webchat - who tell me they can't help.... they say call up by phone - so i do and am charged again for them to tell me they can't help.

Anything we can help with or does it involve charges? Another route to explore would be Googling the email address orf the CEO O2.
