can't change numbers on International Favourites

I have been trying for days now to change the numbers on my International Favourites and everytime it says unable to complete and changes all the numbers back again. so frustrating. get it sorted out. tried contacting Customer Services and they can't do it either WTF goes on here...... i need the numbers changed

Hi @Anonymous

I have no idea why CS are saying they can't change these numbers? I had mine changed with no problem. The advisor took me through them all and I changed 4 of them?

Edited to add..... Maybe try CS again in the morning. A different advisor may be more helpful wink

The website has been broken for ages and we direct everyone to cs but if they can't do it either there's no hope!
