Ufortunately not. I believe there is a minutes bolt on or consider upgrading your tariff.

If you are regularly running out of allowances, log into your My O2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2 and go to "Tariff Change" and select a higher one with more allowances.
The tariff change will take place at the next billing cycle unless to call CS and request an immediate changeover http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus
