Solved: can I put a block on 'charge to phone' services?

Hi, I'm new to O2 and I've put a £0 spend cap on my sons account, but he's still run up a few extra £ buying games on Google Play Store. Is there any way I can put a block on this?

Yes Customer Services can do that for you.
