call limits

Hi , a question Can i cap my mobile so i dont go over my contract amount ?

i have 4 phones on O2 all are fine except my son 13  he goes over his call limit .

Now thing is O2 cap his Data limit so no extra charges , but why cant they cap his calling time ?

is this so they can just make money ? or force you to take a bigger more expensive tarrif

Hi @Rongtw they won’t cap his data. It will just stop when it runs out. O2 won’t cap calls. You will have to keep an eye on the usage in myo2

If you often go over with mins it’s far cheaper to upgrade to an unlimited call tariff rather than buy bolt ons.
As you say, data is capped but it’s always been the way with o2 that calls can always be made.
