@Ivelina This looks like something you’d need to call O2’s customer service team about – give them a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202 (or specific Payment management number - 0800 902 0217 )
Blocks typically only release during the week after 24 hours of making payment, so earliest it will likely release is Wednesday, given bank holiday on 01-May.
You might want to consider getting O2 to set up a Direct Debit while you are talking to them - that way you won't need to remember to pay every month (and it is the way O2 would prefer their Contract customers to operate their accounts, @Ivelina). Good luck!
