i am trying to do call divert from my paygo to contract phone,looked it up how but it doesnt give me an option of message or call? what am i doing wrong?

You can't divert from an 02 payg phone.

Also, you can't divert text messages.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

when i went on o2 chat he said ok and follow link blah blah ...then i dont get option to send. i give up! lol

Gotta love live chat!. If they don't know that P&G doesn't support call divert then something is very badly wrong with the training they receive. Good god, even Google gives you the correct answer but the live chat 2 page reference manual needs rewriting. I'll volunteer for the job if they want....
