call barring issues

I have a Samsung S8, within the last 3 days, I cant make any out going calls from my mobile. I get a masseage saying Call Barring is switched on. I have trued the 2 codes I know of "0000" and "1234", but still resolve.  I have even done rest on my phone and switched it off and on. Nothing works, I have even started the mobile in safe mode, again nothing changes. Connected 02 to log an network issue, i recieved a text message to call. Cant get through.  I need help, anybody with any ideas please.  Thank you

Try dialling ##002# to cancel divert but it sounds like your account has been restricted by O2
