i have paid my bill but it was a bit late a call bar has been placed on my number and i cannot contact customer services as it has also been barred what do i do thanks

You can ring cutomer services from another phone, and they will tell you all the neccessary information needed.

You could do it by email from the 'contact us' link on the website but for this problem you are far better ringing and asking them to remove the restriction.

thanks i called them and reactivated my phone but a couple of days later they called about my bill an d said its over due but when i said i had paid they said "oh i see that it was paid this second" lol thanks every1 4 ur help

BARRED!!!!!

They barred mine 7 days after i got the e-mail bill phoned them to complain they were a total waste of time & this rubbish about sending a letter to complain whats that all about.I was told you get 14 days to pay the bill.

The complaint procedure must not be in the script so called "CUSTOMER SERVICES" hmmmmm work off.
