c ant pay your bill if they suspend your service

Anonymous
Not applicable
Been out of work for two months so enviably some bills was a struggle to pay on time O2 however when they sudpe b d your service do not allow you to call them via 202 nor do they have a online service via 'MYO2' to pay your bill online
In the 20th century you would think they would fall in line. I see no justification for this.
Why is this option not made available?

Sorry for your financial problems and hope that you can find suitable employment

Normally you can pay online through My O2 both online and through the app but I think when the account is in arrears they want you to call and speak to them. There is a landline number though.

Hi @Anonymous

Sorry to hear of your difficulties...As said the best thing is to contact O2 asap. They may be able to help with some sort of payment plan....Hope you get sorted soon..

You will probably have to call from a landline to get through to CS

As we've said before, it would be nice if O2 would allow calls to 202 even if all other outgoing calls were barred.
It surely can't be difficult....?

Indeed...they are just creating a Catch 22 situation...and not helping the customer at all...

It surely wouldn't be hard to implement.  They can dowry all calls to the top up line on payandgo.
