I need to contact o2. It would appear that tyey have blocked me from both communicating on line and via private phone. My sim card has been blocked and yet i am still paying for a service i cannot use?
i have to do my taxes on line and part of the ID is text to my phone. ACCORDING TO SITE, Oen at 8am. Now i'm told it is 10am. So what is going on?

Hi @Anonymous It should open at 8am but you have to keep trying. All contact methods here https://www.o2.co.uk/contactus
Maybe the admin team can check any changes to opening times.? @Martin-O2, @Marjo @MercedesS

Just to add ..there is a landline number you could use, borrow a mobile or even live chat if unable to use your own phone?

Nothing alters the fact that all contact methods are shown as being open as from 8am. We had a problem last Bank Holiday with them opening late.....Now it 'appears' they are reverting to the old Sunday hours. We need to know and the website changed if this is the case...
