Hi all i'm new on here
Does anybody know if or how i can put a block on my daughter's phone bill each month to stop he going over the monthly usage. Her phone is set at £30 each month but she goes over by £20 to £30 more even though she claims she keeps an eye on how many minutes or texts she has left.

Take it of her & get her a pay as you go sim to stick in the phone.
Contract phones & younger people are a bad mixture when a parent is paying the bill.

you can always check her usage on her mobile by sending a blank text to 21202.

You can't put bars on additional usage on an account. Try getting your username and password for the online billing.
