Not as simple as that unfortunately.

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this

When did you submit your complaint to O2 ? 

Bear in mind that a typical complaint takes eight weeks for O2 to investigate and revert to you with their findings, so you might need to allow further time depending on when you actually made your complaint.

I fully expect the complaint to be closed as there would be good reason for disconnecting an account.

Non payment or fraud as examples.
