Why can I not access my usage online anymore??

Hi,

 

 

A contract customer can see more than a Payg Customer via the online my02 or via the myo2 app.

 

If you cant ring o2 on 202 for contract customers or 4445 for Payg to have it reset.

 

Try logging out of your Myo2 app and re login.

 

Clear your caches on your Pc/Mac and or try another browser..
