If you want paper bills you would need to contact customer services https://www.o2.co.uk/contactus

It will cost you £1 for a summary bill and £1.50 for an itemised bill

@diana Following the link provided by @Cleoriff is really the easiest way to get your bill. You can always print it yourself. Saves you having to waste money paying O2 to post it, and probably a few trees as well.:smileywink:
