Are you using the user name and password given to you by O2 to log in?

 

If you are then give them a ring and they'll check it for you.

i have paid my bill on the 13 of july and now they have trun my phone off i am not happy at all with this and now i can get any help with why they have do this

Have you checked in My O2 if there is a problem? Has the payment cleared your bank?
