so i used my phone to buy some things online and to pay it off on the next billing as per usual, how ever i recived a text one day saying since i had spent a certin amout i need to go pay it off now, and my internet messages and texts have benn shut off, so i went on the app to pay and it did not display i had any charges, so i went to look at my next bill and it was normal amount, how do i go and pay this thing so i have accsess to my phone again?

When it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say "Upgrade", "Lost/Stolen" or "Fraud" if you have to, to get put through to someone.
8.00am is the best time to call if you can.
