Hello.

I recently took a new contract out. Not only has the bill been attached to another phone.

The tariff hasn't been set up. I am unable to contact anyone about this. I have been charge for normal mobiles when it supposedly unlimited mins, text and 10gb of data... its not premium number ether one of them is my own mobile

Can someone fix it please. Its rather upsetting tell my boy he can't have his mobile until I can get it fixed

Hi @Nekoish , if you are able to access your MyO2 account I would recommend trying there to make sure your tariff is displaying properly and to check for any out of allowance charges. It's worth noting that your first bill may be pro rata'd if it was added on to an existing O2 pay monthly account as it will take up the same billing date.

For some more specific help you will need to contact customer services who are experiencing extended waiting times at the moment, but should be able to help you further.

I work for O2 but my comments and opinions posted here are solely my own and do not reflect those of Telefonica.

I have tried several time to contact o2...

I am a keyword i don't have time to be messing around. I have just taken this out so my son can contact me while I am at work.

I have been through all the my o2 app trying to sort this out.... I get there loads of people phone etc... but I am front line covid 19 and it is infuriating that I can't make any phone calls with out been charged on it.. and now I can't have him use it at all cos o2 didn't set it up correctly

Thanks for trying to help.. I just don't understand why o2 doesn't have a keywork line like every where else.... when I do get hold of them I will definitely be expecting a refund for nearly 100 pounds
