i ususally pay my bill by text and did so yesterday early morning before i realised that 02 was down. I sent the YES to pay bill. I also topped up data as i thought id run out haha but i had not. Anyway i aint had a text re my payment so unsure if its paid or pending i aint going to pay again until i find out but cant get through to live chat.
Any ideas how long a wait it is for live chat

You can check if the bill was paid in your MyO2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2
You can also check if the payment left your bank.
