@tarnja Yes you can. See this: https://www.o2.co.uk/help/phones-sims-and-devices/how-to-keep-your-mobile-number

Go to the section 'Switching your number from Pay As You Go to Pay Monthly'

Ah @Cleoriff, you are correct. T & C's say this: "Rewards may only be used in conjunction with your existing O2 Pay As You Go mobile number and cannot be transferred. No cash alternatives will be given."

I misread the OP's query. Thought they meant their credit balance. My bad.

It's confusing @Bambino  as they say here HERE  that Rewards CAN be used towards the purchase of a new device. Nothing regarding airtime bill though. upside_down

Rewards can be used towards a new PAYG phone.
Just save them up until you have enough to make a difference.
If moving from PAYG to monthly contract, credit can be transferred upto £350 provided you keep the same number.
Saved rewards will be lost though when transferring so should be spent before doing so.

The OP had said that they're already moved to contract, @MI5, which is why I thought the post from @Cleoriff was correct. The second link about rewards does make it very confusing. I guess the OP will find out one way the other if they try to claim.

As the article is from 2013 it makes it even more confusing, @Cleoriff. Would it be applicable today?

Not sure @Bambino. When I moved from PAYG to contract back in 2013, my rewards went towards the contract (which was a standard contract not Refresh) Lol
