If it says I've been billed on the 14/6/20 but my payment isn't until the 28/6/20 does that mean I don't need to pay my bill to the 28th or do I need to pay today?
Sounds like a stupid question but am abit confused

Yes your right. The 14th of the month is when your bill is produced and when your allowances reset. Your payment is due 14 days later on the 28th of each month.

@Kel0000

You should set up a direct debit then you won't need reminding. All ways to pay are in this guide

Guide: How to Pay Your Bill (Contract)

As said, your bill is generated 14 days before payment. If you had a direct debit set up it would take payment 14 days after that.
