hello good afternoon I had an issue with my bill I had paid this morning my bill and just few moments ago I got 3 emails saying the ok I HADNT paid bill then I will be charge £3.50 as later charge Inhad ready call my bank and they said the TRANSFERER was successful and it shows as the money is in pending in rrryttaking the money I am very upset as I've not more money to pay extras charges and I need my mobile because my mental.health issues and my I need to be able communicate with my eldest daughter and my friends.

The system may take 24 hours to update but you should have a direct debit in place to pay bills and avoid late payment issues.
Customer services will set it up for you when you call them.

@luzpy77 If you want to avoid problems and upsets like this in the future, you might want to think about setting up a Direct Debit. If you're unsure how to do it, hopefully someone can help you. Your bill has to be paid, come what may. Setting up a Direct Debit takes the pressure off you to remember when to pay.
