Hiya, I just would like to find out why the bill is 33 pounds when usually it is 28 pounds. Thank you.

Hi @keshani1 you are not talking to O2 here. We are all customers like you. You can check your bill in your myo2. You may have gone over your allowances

Hi @keshani1 this isn’t customer service so please either look in your MyO2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2 for your bill breakdown or call O2 on 202.
