My tariff says it is £17.86 monthly payment but on my bill it says £20.94 monthly payment

If this is your first bill, then it will be prorated for the time from delivery to your billing date + next months, as you pay a month in advance.

You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217.
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
