hey folks, my monthly bill is due to come out in 4 days time, is it ok for me to make the payment now? im not sure if i will be charged twice? will they try to take a payment again in 4 days? thanks in advance, jamie

4 days is too close to the payment date for the system to recognise payment and not ask for it again, so if you have a DD set up you will end up paying twice. However, it will show as a credit on your account so you won't have to pay next month.

If you've set up a direct debit, why would you want to do that?
