ok. My last bill had an extra £9.73 text charges on it...  £9.15 of which are listed as picture messages..  MMS... I'm guessing this clause is in my contract somewhere...  but it's so sneaky!!  why do that? I haven't sent any pictures last month..  what's the problem with seending group texts? NOT HAPPY CUSTOMER!!!!

O2 state no more than 5 recipients or texts may convert.
You can turn off MMS on some handsets to prevent this and also some general help here https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/Other-Products-and-Services/Accidental-MMS-Sending-and-How-to-Avoid-it...
