why has my direct debit not been taken yet you are saying on a message you are going to cut my services off, I have tried ringing 7 times today about this but been cut off after 45 mins every time.

I was charged for sharing a contact by text on 28th August that I did not expect to get charged for. Also I was charged for a picture message on 8th August that I cannot see being sent

Resolved! Contract termination bill

Hi there, I've received the letter for Enforcement and Termination notice, it says to pay within 14 days, but no explanation of how to do so. Will this outstanding amount just be paid via my direct debit, or is there something else I need to do?
