Number porting taking excessively long

I submitted a form online to have my existing (from previous supplier) number ported to my O2 account on 17th September. The form indicated that it would take approx. 2 business days to complete the port. After a week, the port had not been completed...

Why have I had a text saying that my Airtime Plan is £24.16 (not an amount I have ever paid) but when I log on to try to change it, it says £17.06. It makes no sense and it's too complicated.
