Hi, I’m looking to upgrade. You’re offering me 30gb plus for £12.99 pm which is great- however the same tariff for a new customer is £8 pm? Why do I not get this?

hiya I recently sent my device back to 02 as I didn't want tye device no longer and I'm still getting billed for the contract but I was told on the phone I could send device back and my contract would be terminated. But I see I am still being billed....
