I paid my pill £91 something on 10th February online but it hasn’t been hasn’t been accepted byo2 and it’s still in my pending transactions in my bank why is not been accepted and I have been restricted

Missed payment

Good afternoon, I have a missed payment record on my account however my services have been disconnected and I am unable to log in to pay this. It is now affected on my credit report which is not ideal. Could you please look into this. Regards Lynne.
