Switching phone numbers between contracts

Hi, My partner tried the sim that came with our Virgin/o2 WiFi deal but didn’t like the sim. So she got a new O2 sim but is it possible to switch the numbers of the sim without cancelling the original one?

o2 Customer support Told me they cancelled my sim... still getting billed

So ive called o2 customer service on 2 occasions.The first occasion the rep kept me on hold and then hung up on me after 20 mins.I then called back on the 22nd of march and was told my sim would be cancelled...But they didnt cancel my sim and 2 month...

Resolved! eSIM

I have change the eSim to normal sim around 3 hours ago in a O2 shop and the assistant told me it will take around 20 minutes for the change and so far 3 hours passed and no line.
