no 4g

Hi, I had my handset replaced recently and no longer get 4g signal anywhere (husband is on o2 in same house and has it. I travel abroad a lot with work, and during last 3 weeks only got messages/calls when on wifi.

I have issues with my internet connection and I talk with O2 customer service and it's not improving I'm paying my bill just to stay and reset the phone 5 or 6 per day

Direct Debits

Hi, I want to change my direct Debit details, e.g: the account I use to pay my DDs. In the online system there seems to be only 1 place to change Payment Account details. Will this apply to both my Device and Airtime payments?

Next Day Delivery

Hello, i ordered a phone yesterday, which stated delivery today. I received the dispatch email with tracking number this morning, however DPD tracking says they are expecting the parcel shortly. I assume that means it's not arriving today? Thank you.
