Charge for Disney premium

Hi, I have been charged for Disney premium but I did not request this upgrade and did not recall being notified of it. I have now selected to downgrade. Please refund the extra charge for premium that was not agreed by me. Thank you

Existing SIM only deal seems to be very expensive

My current SIM only deal is:6GBUnlimited UK Texts, Unlimited UK Minutes24 Month O2 Sim Only£35.56 But if I try and buy a SIM only deal for 10GB it only costs £10.Why is there such a huge discrepancy?
