i have just signed up to auto top, where my balance goes below £2 its auto topped up to £15. ive recieved an email to say its up and running, but my balance is now £1.80 and my phone has not been topped up. anyone got any ideas please. thanks paul

ive changed to o2 and oppited for the pay & go go go tarriff topped up 10 pound and it didnt give me my texts mins or data allowance but says im on that tarriff why has this happened tells i need to top up to get my allowance
