I am so annoyed with o2 how do I get to speak to someone about the problem everyone seemed to have? They didn't have a problem txtin me telling me how much my bill this month costs! Cheeky!!

Resolved! I just want to order a replacement SIM as mine is damaged!!!

All I want to do is to make an order for a replacement SIM without having to go into a shop!The log in to this website just sends you round in circles.I can't make calls on using my damaged SIM - this is outside the network problems.
