Hi I have requested a change in tariff which is due to take effect on Monday 13th. However, I am also trying to add a one off bolt on to my account as I have run out of data and need a top up before Monday. tried to do this online and it wont let me?

It's not letting me call out, just beeping and coming off, can't talk to o2 cus can't make a call and they've had noone available on live chat all day! Can someone help? Any advice
