Resolved! 30 day sim only

If I upgrade to a 30 day sim only, does it automatically renew at the end of the first 30 day period (like a rolling contract) or does it only last for 30 days?

Unable to make or receive call

I am currently unable make or receive calls on my mobile. When making or receiving a call the mobile states call failed. I have signal and wifi access showing but can't contact O2 for assistance. Any help please

I’ve just received a new SIM card from O2 with a new phone, when ordering a gave them my PAC code from my last provider in order to keep my number. I’ve put in my new sim from O2 and it’s given me a new number and not kept the same one, what do I do?
