Resolved! Blocked phone unavailable to make mobile purchases

So basically I contacted o2 and they changed my bill date but come to the time they didn’t change it and i think my phone is blocked from making mobile purchases and I don’t have a cap, any suggestions?

Resolved! 4G or 5G esim?

Hi I just received my esim pack for my Samsung s20, the pack says 4G but my Sim Card is 5G as the S20 supports 5G. I know o2 5G coverage is patchy at best but my question is do I need and can I get a 5G esim pack?
