i have just signed up to auto top, where my balance goes below £2 its auto topped up to £15. ive recieved an email to say its up and running, but my balance is now £1.80 and my phone has not been topped up. anyone got any ideas please.  thanks paul

Do you have sufficient funds in your bank account ?

If so and your settings are fine then contact Customer Services.

I've just been through this process of top up failing and then engaging customer service in a Chat.  Eventually after a very slow Chat, they gave up, disconnected me and immediately at 11pm last night I got this message:

 

"Something's gone wrong....

 

"We’re updating our auto top-up site.
"We won’t be long. Come back later and the site should be up and running again."
 
It's now 9am and still the same message.  Has anyone heard any more?
