Hi been with o2 7 or so years currently midway through pay monthly plan for my handset.
yesterday evening applied for a second account (laptop) it says its pending review even though I received all documents through email. Presume they referring it for further credit check.
But now on checking my current o2 account to check my usual monthly bill im getting "cant display tariff" I hope something has not been mixed up here with my new application for a second account. Anyone else getting any errors like this on the website and app today ?

Not unusual for the info to not display from time to time, however, we’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this

Hi page has come up again - called CS but they could not access any systems - was promised a call back within 5 minutes that was 15 minutes ago. I forget how bad O2 CS actually is. Still awaiting any kind of update from my latest order. Will give it until tomorrow then cancel it down.

Hi Breanna never got a call back as promised from telephone support but then in truth never expected to. O2 is known these days for terrible phone support. Thankfully my phone contract ends late this year so can then switch. The glitch on the website did though rectify itself. Thank you for your reply here )
