I bought a phone and £10 top up last month, I hardly used the phone and didnt top up this month I believed the credit would roll over but its zero balance. Do I need to top up every single month or lose the previous months credit? Thank you for any advice I don't really want to put money on it every month.

Thanks, I've had a look at both tariffs terms a bit confusing, clauses say still have anniversary dates to ensure regular top ups. And expensive call rates, payg mobile isn't as simple as it used to be. 😕
Thanks for your help anyway.

Simple enough compared to the days where you got no allowances and paid for everything. There again we use phones and their features much more these days

Which does, of course, vary with location. I can't stream "jack" on my 02 data in my home town inspite of full bars of 3g, but 5 miles on I get 20+ mbps on 4g......
