If you just wish to change the bank details for your DD, you can do this through"Manage My Details" in your MyO2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2

Bank details are easy to change but you do need to call to change the date of the direct debit. if you do change the date then make sure you have at least 7 days before the due date or you could end up paying twice in one month.
