I am trying to add my mobile to my pay monthly account, but I get a not a valid UK mobile, when I type in my number it is and has been in service for the last 3 years.
There are two others on the account already.
What is wrong?

The number looks like a previously ported number which for some reason isn't registering as an O2 number. I think only customer service can sorry this for you.

@jonsie I did check the number before removal and it was coming up as an o2 registered number
