activating my new sim after loosing old one

hi ,

I have  been trying for the last day or so trying to activate my sim card, tried customer service , absolutely no chance on chat , is there an email or another way of contacting them thanks in advance

You need to call customer service. Your account will have been restricted with a bar placed on it when you reported it lost. This bar needs to be removed by them. After they have done so you simply need to switch the phone off and back on.

If you need to contact customer services http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus

or you could go instore and they will swap everything over for you...whatever is the easiest
