Hi, I'm looking to cancel my account for a crapy pixi tablet I was talked into taking out a contact with. I have been charged monthly since the device plan has been paid with no notice of the device being paid but its definitely paid off as there is no notice of a device plan anywhere on my02. Do I have to phone them? As I can't find a cancelation option on the app or the website. Thanks.
PS never get a pixi tablet, they're rubbish.
