Just cancel your airtime contract and there will be nothing else to pay.

Hi @Anonymous Do you want to take out a new contract then? Or are you wondering what to do with the broken iPad? If new contract then look at the Refresh deals in the shop https://www.o2.co.uk/shop

Your problem is that Apple only give a 12 month warranty so I would contact them but it may be better if you can find a a local repair shop rather than using o2 repairs who will just tell you that it's out of warranty and will give you a large estimate to repair it.

PS, If the iPad is simple to fix you may want to do this... and sell it to CEX or an auction site
